Storing Olive Oil
Unlike wine, olive oil does not improve with age and is best consumed
fresh to appreciate the rich flavours and health benefits.
Keep your “Third Pillar” Premium Australian Olive Oil in
a dark, cool location at a constant temperature of around 15°C. Olive
oil will sometimes become cloudy or coagulated if stored in a refrigerator,
or if the temperature drops too low.
“Third Pillar” Premium Australian Olive Oil is stored in
stainless steel tanks until bottled and at all times in a controlled atmosphere
of 15°C
